Ran Integration / Commissioning

BE/BTech in ECE.
Experience as RF engineer Hands-on integration experience with Ericsson products such as 5216, 6630, 6674, RDOT, XMU, DUW, DUG, etc.
To Support Ericsson Scripting, Integration, Alarm clearing, CR, PIM activities.
Handle onsite FE and construction crew for installation and troubleshooting.
Should have scripting and integration experience for SOWs such as Nokia to Ericsson swap, Ericsson NSB, Carrier addition, CRAN, RRU swap, Software upgrade etc.
Perform RET validation as per RETCIQ.
Knowledge of RFDS and RNDCIQ.
War room support for Field technicians for all field activities (OAM connectivity, RRH fiber termination/swap, antenna/cable swap, and other onsite troubleshooting).
Daily day-to-day support for RF team related to parameter changes (CR implementation and troubleshooting).
Troubleshooting of KPI and transport issues.
Issue tracking, Audits, and regular updates to all the stakeholders.
Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions without additional support.
Preference will be given to those with hands-on experience on Ericsson BBU who can immediately start delivering.
Should have expertise on 3G, LTE, 5G.
