- Developing new user-facing features using React Native and ReactJS
- Participating in the full development lifecycle: including design, estimation, planning, development, unit testing, release and implementation support
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Optimizing components for performance across an array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Implementing unit tests and following test coverage principles
- Documenting code and processes clearly
- Participating in code reviews and other quality control processes
**Requirements**:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Strong understanding of React Native
- Thorough understanding of React and its core principles
- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux, Redux or Hooks)
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, Mercurial)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
