:) What you will do 1.
Be hands-on in architecting and implementing frontend solutions from a given set of requirements either as an individual contributor or as a technical lead.
2.
Create technical work plans and execute on those plans to accomplish frontend objectives.
3.
Assist in maintaining existing frontend applications.
4.
Mentor and guide other frontend engineers.
5.
Contribute to Wordly's engineering processes and culture to maintain a cooperative and supportive environment for all.
Must haves 1.
5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, implementing, and delivering frontend solutions from a set of product requirements.
2.
2+ years of experience in leading software development work in some capacity.
3.
Experience working with React library and common React development patterns.
4.
Experience working with React-based frameworks such as Next.js, Vue, etc.
5.
Experience using the Git version control system.
6.
Leadership experience.
Able and willing to mentor other frontend engineers.
7.
Comfortable working with a fully remote team.
8.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to haves 1.
A deep understanding of the Angular framework.
2.
Familiarity with microservice architectures.
3.
Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, etc.
4.
B.S.
degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution.
