Join our tri-state area real estate acquisition team as a Real Estate Outreach Specialist and play a vital role in generating new leads by reaching out to homeowners.The RoleThis remote position is perfect for someone with a background in sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to sensitive conversations.What You'll Do:Lead Generation: Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, introducing them to our real estate services and identifying potential leads.Dialer Management: Use the Mojo dialing system to efficiently manage calls, with training provided for other software as needed.Research & Database Management: Research and compile new leads to maintain a consistent flow of opportunities.Communication & Empathy: Handle each call with professionalism and empathy, especially when speaking with homeowners in distressing situations.Value Articulation: Clearly communicate our value proposition, navigating complex information to pinpoint viable leads.Ideal ProfileWhat You Bring:Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service, ideally within the real estate industry.Clear & Compassionate Communication: Fluent English with the ability to speak clearly and minimize accent for effective communication.Software Savvy: Experience with lead management tools like Mojo, with a willingness to learn new systems.Research & Organization Skills: Strong ability to research, organize, and prioritize lead information.Resilience & Positivity: Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a friendly, engaging demeanor.This fully remote role is ideal for someone looking to use their communication talents to make a real impact in the real estate market.
