This role is pivotal in managing our communications and supporting the smooth operation of our administrative routines. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at multitasking. The person will be responsible for working in a bilingual reception role: answering, screening, and directing calls; taking messages; receiving, guiding, and directing visitors; and supporting the office administrative routines. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction : Provide exceptional in-person and telephone support to national and international clients and employees, creating a welcoming and professional environment. Access Management: Authorize visitor entry by coordinating seamlessly with the building's reception, ensuring security protocols are followed. Meeting and Event Coordination: To facilitate smooth and productive operations, efficiently organize meeting room reservations, and manage the office's event schedule. Mail Management : Oversee all mailing services, including post and courier deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of correspondences.
