**Responsibilities**:
- Planning and participating in events such as networking groups, industry conferences, college recruiting, etc.
- Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality regional and global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes.
Driving communication and accountability with hiring managers to establish collaborative relationships.
- Understanding of recruiting KPI data to analyze patterns and trends in the market to identify top talent.
- Partnering with the HR team for seamless transition to pre-boarding and on-boarding; you own this relationship and ensure a great start.
- Collaborating with global talent colleagues in areas including DE&I, compliance, HRIS, employer branding, etc.
- Special projects in support of the Global Recruiting and Talent Sourcing team
**Requirements**:
- Proven track-record of successfully pipelining and closing Sales and Tech talent
- Experience with ATS & HRIS required, Workday preferred

- Exceptional negotiation, research, consulting, and sourcing abilities
- Demonstrate business acumen along with legally compliant/effective recruiting methodologies
- Compelling conversationalist; proficient and professional, able to capture attention of highly in-demand talent
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Minimally 3+ years' experience or exposure to high volume recruiting
