Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist and help us find top-tier talent Responsibilities: Job postings: write, post, and update job ads to hire systems analysts. Candidate screening and evaluation: review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage technical tests to assess candidate fit. Onboarding: assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new hires. Documentation management: Handle paperwork and contracts related to the hiring process. Requirements: Previous experience: experience in HR field Fluent English, minimum B2 level Strong communication skills: ability to clearly and effectively communicate with candidates and internal teams.
