Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist and help us find top-tier talent!Responsibilities:Job postings: write, post, and update job ads to hire systems analysts.Candidate screening and evaluation: review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage technical tests to assess candidate fit.Onboarding: assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new hires.Documentation management: Handle paperwork and contracts related to the hiring process. Requirements:Previous experience: experience in HR fieldFluent English, minimum B2 levelStrong communication skills: ability to clearly and effectively communicate with candidates and internal teams.What We Offer:100% remote workSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $500 USD per month + bonus Career growth opportunities: growing to HR position and managing the HR department
