About the Role Manage the full-cycle recruitment for positions around the globe; Scale the hiring knowledge within the company by training employees and ensuring they perform high-quality interviews; Search for candidates and teach the Hiring Managers how to hunt; Search for improvements and opportunities regarding the Hiring Process; Guarantee an outstanding candidate and employee experience for Hiring Managers; Track recruitment data; Scale the recruitment process all around the world. Who you are Experience with full-cycle recruitment using interviewing techniques and assessment methods; Experience with hunting on LinkedIn and other sources; Fluent English.
