About the job offer: Fixed salary: R$ 4,500.00. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the client's internal recruitment team, proactively sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates based on specific requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal) to present as qualified active candidates. Generate candidate interest through creative strategies. Pre-qualify talent through profiling, assessing the level of interest and availability via calls and emails. Identify talent. Schedule and conduct telephone interviews to independently assess candidates. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (Both oral and written). Experience with Recruitment.
