About the job offer:
Fixed salary: R$ 4,500.00.Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (BRT), with 1 hour for lunch.100% Remote position

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the client's internal recruitment team, proactively sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates based on specific requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal) to present as qualified active candidates.Generate candidate interest through creative strategies.Pre-qualify talent through profiling, assessing the level of interest and availability via calls and emails.Identify talent.Schedule and conduct telephone interviews to independently assess candidates.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (Both oral and written).Experience with Recruitment.
