The Recruiter will be responsible for hiring A-players for the next batch of open roles, driving the recruiting process end-to-end following principles already aligned internally.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with hands-on experience hiring for early-stage startups, capable of collaborating across different teams and who embodies BotCity's culture.
This will be a freelancer, temporary contract initially planned for 12 months, with possibility to convert into a full-time position depending on the candidate and the company's context.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics, ensuring a strong cultural fit.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in a competitive market.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates to the hiring team, following the process already established.
Act as an ambassador for BotCity, representing our values and culture to potential candidates.
Required Qualifications:
Solid experience (3+ years) as a recruiter running the process beginning to end, preferably in a freelance or contract capacity.
Demonstrated success recruiting in the technology space for both non-technical and technical roles.
Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment, preferably recruiting for 30 - 100 people startups.
Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, and Slack.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS or tech startups.
Knowledge of emerging trends in talent acquisition, particularly in the tech industry.
Strong sourcing skills with experience in tools such as, but not limited to, LinkedIn Recruiter.
Relevant certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
