Who you are As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process.

This is a 6-month temporary position.
This position reports to our Sr.
Manager, HR Operations & Benefits and will be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina Office on a hybrid schedule. In your first 30 days: You'll get immersed into the Recruiting Coordinating Team and familiarizing yourself with the Tools, Process, and internal Stakeholders. Build a strong relationship with key stakeholders (recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, etc.)
and maintain effective communication channels. Act as point of contact for candidates; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews in a timely and accurate manner. In your first 60-90 days: Partnering with Stakeholders to suggest improvements in the current process to optimize and streamline the recruiting coordination function. Responsibilities: Coordinate interview schedules for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members. Communicate interview details and logistics to all parties involved, including scheduling changes or updates. Manage candidate correspondence regarding interview scheduling, ensuring timely and professional communication. Assist in the preparation of interview materials, including interview guides, assessment tools, and evaluation forms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interview schedules and candidate availability in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
