About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on delivering top talent in various industries.
This role is primarily centered on recruitment within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for roles within the automotive industry.
- Local Brazilian candidates
