EF High School Exchange Year sponsors international high school students who spend a semester or academic year living with volunteer host families across the United States. Together we share culture and languages, open communities to the wider world, and create lifelong bonds that span the globe. The core of this program requires recruiting qualified volunteer host families around the country. Our Recruitment Managers help to make this happen.The opportunity:Recruitment Managers specialize in growing our program by recruiting and qualifying host families, helping them to understand what the program entails and ensuring they meet our program's high standards.As a Recruitment Manager, you will help to strategize recruitment efforts in regions of the country, collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the process. You'll work closely with the matching process of international exchange students and their volunteer host families.If you are goal-oriented, a great communicator, like to build strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, you might be an ideal candidate for our team. We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented candidates who are passionate about cultural exchange and are interested in starting a successful career at EF.Responsibilities Include:Outreach to interested host families – 80% of this role is spent on the phone.Onboarding candidates and understanding their specific preferences for hosting.Facilitating connections between candidates, staff, and the coordinators who will interact with them in the application and screening process.Facilitating informational web chats with potential candidates.Schedule is 11am - 7:30pm EST.About you:You are driven, self-motivated, sales-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
