About the Company: Gold & Aron Conseil is a boutique executive search company focused on Financial Services and Technology.About the Role: We are looking for a Recruiting Research Associate in Brazil (Remote).Responsibilities: Recruiting and Business Development, including:Strategically build and manage candidate pipelines for multiple, concurrent searches.Employ a combination of passive (resume screening) and active search techniques to identify the best-fit candidates in the market.Conduct candidate interactions to assess qualifications and gauge interest.Facilitate seamless interview scheduling and coordination.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Collaborate in developing and executing new client prospecting strategies. Requirements:5-10 years of professional experience.Ideal candidate has experience in both financial services and technology industries.Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.Strong analytical and research capabilities.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented and results-driven.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.Thrives in an internal-focused role emphasizing analytical and research work.
