Responsibilities
As our Reddit Portuguese Teacher, you will:
Manage and Grow Our Reddit Presence: Create and curate engaging content tailored for Reddit, promoting interactive discussions and helping foreign communities interested in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, and learning Portuguese.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in Reddit discussions, offering insights, advice, and support to users with queries about the Portuguese language and Brazilian culture.
Content Creation: Develop creative posts and threads that align with our brand's tone and educational goals, making learning fun and accessible.
Feedback Loop: Monitor responses and feedback from the Reddit community to continually improve our outreach and content effectiveness.
Teach Portuguese: Conduct online Portuguese lessons, contributing to our mission of making language learning enjoyable and effective for everyone.
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
Proven Reddit Expertise: Strong familiarity with Reddit's platform, culture, and best practices.
Advanced English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
Teaching Experience: Experience in teaching or tutoring, ideally in languages, is highly preferred.
