What will Account Manager doYou will be a part of our SOCRadar Sales Team and will be responsible for sales processes such as managing customers, finding new customers, performing actions to expand the customer portfolio, understanding the product to being able to explain to the customer, keeping up with the updates of the product, coordinating with the other Sales Team members as TAM and CSM and preparing strategic plannings and regular reports.ResponsibilitiesFollow-up of regular sales processesManages customers assigned to him/herFind new customers and also maintain the existingsPerform actions to expand the customer portfolio to the relevant segmentCreate the first contact with potential customers and partners contacting from the website and other sourcesFollow-up on a regular basis to turn leads into opportunitiesUnderstand the product to a level that allows them to explain the product top potential customers and partners (high-level explanation)Perform company presentations in all potential customer/partner first meetingsEvaluate the satisfaction of customers during POC and discuss the commercials with customer/partnerPrepare the Quotes and similar documents needed in the sales processKeep up with the new updates of the product and explain them to partnersCoordinate with the other teams about the needs and requirements of channel partners and customersCoordinate with TAM and CSM teams to make sure customers and partners have the right and needed technical supportPrepare lists of potential customers (for cold mailing)Prepare strategic planning to achieve yearly targetsUpdate CRM information and documents in common spacesPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportsSubmit the relevant requests to the SOCRadar Marketing team for the partner's necessary marketing activities and follow up the processQualificationsExpertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closureAt least 2 years of experience as Account ManagerExperience in sales is a mustExcellent negotiation, presentation and communication skillsCapability to present technical information to a variety of audiencesDemonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using a CRM (for instance: Sales Force, Hubspot, MS Dynamics)Extensive contacts in the information security and/or security operations fieldsHands-on experience in providing information security servicesAbility to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completionAbility to work in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organizationFluency in English is a mustWhat does SOCRadar offer teammates?Talented and Experienced Teammates,Remote working environmentBirthday & October Security Awareness Month Day off.
