**YOUR ROLE**:
- Foster a strategical focus for both the regional teams of Business Planning by benchmarking with other countries/companies/professionals on opportunities, challenging the related areas on key KPIs and supporting the Head on implementing best practices;
- Bring innovation and agility to the area, through right and timely information, improve the overall performance of the business;
- Identify key opportunities and threats affecting the divisions, develop and design strategies to improve competitiveness and overall business performance across all SBUs;
- Use financial knowledge to drive actions in the area, focused on result-oriented tasks to decrease impacts on margins, loss of sales, write off, inventories and special freights;
- Manages, coaches and develops the planning team;
- Manages demand planning tasks with both sales and operations peers;
- Monitors and steers actual sales levels, forecast accuracy and service levels of all planning areas of the team;
- Represents Business Planning in relevant regional S&OP meetings;
- Develops collaboration with key supply chain peers, opening room for improvements on inventory levels, scrap mitigation, back orders reduction, airfreights control;
- Leads the monthly Demand Reviews for all countries in the region and participates on the Supply Reviews and Executive S&OP forums;
- Continuously searches for process improvements with sales planners, production plants as well as suppliers;
- Monitors and ensures optimal phase-in and phase-out process.
**YOUR SKILLS**
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration and Economy;
- MBA preferred
- Strong/Consistent experience in areas such as Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Sales;
- Advanced language skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English is a must;
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially excel), APO/SAP/ERP and preferably BI
- Great negotiator;
- High level of engagement, pro-activity and willingness to break the status-quo;
- Great communication skills - Facility to simplify complex ideas;
- Great analytical background.
