JOB DESCRIPTION Business Support role for Regions South America + Central America + Andean, partnering to the Commercial leadership team to drive delivery of value, strategic and operational targets. To provide analysis on business performance, data analytics on emerging trends using advanced business analytics, working on improving cash cycles, implement best practices and ensure strategic alignment of financial and commercial processes. Support the commerical lead on key specific business projects. ACCOUNTABILITIES Monthly / YTD Performance review in detail on the Past Performance and working on action plan with the sales director,data is provided by Controlling Margin Management, Working closely on Pricing / Cash Profit view to ensure we retain and able to have Pass through. EBITDA Regional view, support on building and then working on individual parameter to meet month on month achievements Working Capital, close working with sales director onDSO. Close working with commercial lead on the commercial roll-out in the region and monthly tracking of performance. Quarter Incentive Plan validation together with the sales director /commercial lead in the region AOP Preparation for the region level at Country / Customer / Product level and also support on the Regional P&L POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's in Administration, Economics or Accounting Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Business Support. Required knowledge in controlling process.
