Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data.
Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.
The purpose of this role is to lead and deploy the strategy for Monitoring in the region, enforcing the company's goals and livestock species strategies in the local markets.
Further, ensuring alignment with the Monitoring Strategy with all functions and levels within the organization.
The team sits on essential expertise in our Technology offerings with focus on Commercial Strategy & Development, Marketing & Communications, Commercial Operations, Customer Support.
The team is acting as regional partner and catalyst, ensuring a seamless flow between Local and Global functions.
**Main responsibilities**:
Indirect P&L responsibility supporting the local Business Units delivering on goals, revenue targets and business priorities;
Development and successful regional deployment of the Monitoring Strategy;
Understand the value drivers of our existing and new customers, the industry and public policy identifying unmet demands and generate input to the strategic direction of the Monitoring portfolio, Smart Data Solutions and business models;
Actively engage with the regional and local leadership teams to provide input, guidance and support on business opportunities;
Maintain engagement, regular feedback and clear communication with internal stakeholders (R&D Labs and Data Labs, Marketing, Commercial, Commercial Operations, Customer Support) including Local, Regional and Global teams;
Working closely with external partners, traditional and non-traditional stakeholders in the milk and meat industry, including the technology and data space;
Engage with Regional Customer Support Functions to align global, regional and local support models and capabilities;
Responsible for piloting projects in collaboration with Global, Regional and Local teams realizing scalability and geo expansion of Proof of Concepts;
Identify training needs and develop educational programs to address gaps in the region;
**Main requirements**:
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial, Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary or related fields;
Work experience in marketing and sales roles in the technology or agricultural field;
Experience in managing projects;
Experience in livestock monitoring;
Professional fluency in English;
Proficiency in Spanish is preferable;
Must be a self-starter that takes pride in their work product and is focused on delivering results;
Demonstrate a forward thinking, agile and strategic approach;
Ability to quickly develop positive relationships with internal and external partners;
Availability for travels.
Estimated at approximately 25% - 50% of the time, including international travel.
