Our Regional Clinical Training Manager (RCTM) will provide clinical, technical, and educational support to our distributor teams and the healthcare facilities they serve. Work is driven by customer demand and requests from Regional Sales Managers. The primary areas of focus are product and clinical training, procedure support and using clinical expertise to influence customers' usage of Micro-Tech's full portfolio.A successful RCTM will be a self-starter, a team player who thrives in a growing, dynamic company. Your time will be spent traveling within your designated region, supporting the Regional Sales Managers (RSM), and assisting with critical activities leading to sales conversions and loyal customers. The RCTM will report to the Director of Sales (LatAm) for overall strategic sales and performance objectives, with more tactical objectives being set by the Director of Sales.We are looking for highly motivated, energetic people to join our company. Position Responsibilities:Become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen product knowledge over time.Represent our company ethically in all business dealings, and according to company policies.Initiate and build strong relationships with distributors, clinical staff, and internal colleagues through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution.Serve as the primary resource for Regional Sales Managers: Support development of a successful sales region; assist the distributors' sales team in the promotion and sale of product lines within that defined territory.Educate distributors and clinical staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms to keep all customers abreast of the latest product, therapy, technology developments and current items of interest in the industry. Educate, support and train distributors and clinical staff through phone consultation, training programs, written correspondence, and general field assistance.Attend procedures in the operating room of hospital and surgery center accounts.Participate in procedures and surgical/clinical observation by working with medical staff. Meet with existing and potential customers, in conjunction with the RSMs and distributors, by traveling to their location to identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help to achieve their?goals. Develop relationships with clinical staff to identify key purchasing decision makers to support future sales.Prepare detailed weekly reporting of activity within the territory.Developing relationships with Micro-Tech Endoscopy Marketing Americas team to support field activities.Respond to customer needs regarding products and services. Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting participation.· Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing, Biology, or other Science field.Must be fluent in Portuguese & English; Spanish also strongly preferred.3+ years' demonstrated experience providing clinical support for GI medical devices in a procedure or Operating Room setting. 3+ years' experience in GI/Endoscopy clinical procedures. Experience as RN, Surgical Tech,?or similar is required. Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, both individually and in a group setting. Ability to adjust communication style or approach, depending on the audience. Ability to provide training and support in a calm, effective, and patient manner. Self-motivated and able to work with limited direct supervision. Ensures team success by being approachable and positive. Highly professional demeanor. Willingness to develop and perform within the MTAm culture.Documented success in building relationships.Candidates must reside in Southeast Region of Brazil.Essential functions of the job. Ability to:Sustain lengthy conversations.Adjust conversation style to accommodate diverse audiences.Travel frequently and visit multiple locations (both new and existing accounts) within designated region(s) with high frequency. Engage in logical reasoning, interpreting, and responding.Physically be present in the GI lab for long periods at a time sometimes with little to no notice.
