This role is crucial in providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and long-term planning. Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial projections. Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency. Participate in the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against the budget. Support business plans and feasibility studies for new projects. Develop and implement KPIs to monitor the company's financial performance. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP& A, preferably in the logistics sector. Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems and BI software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
