The HR mission at Red Bull is to find the right people, realize their talents and keep them by maintaining the right resources and work environment.In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing HR metrics for Latin America, creating insightful monthly reports and dashboards that will drive business decisions to effectively achieve this mission. Also you will be responsible for supporting local HR teams across Latin America in some HR tools management, best practices and processes.While analytics will be your primary focus, you'll also take on HR generalist responsibilities, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop across data, internal communication, recruiting, training and development and other HR key topics.
