Hello, dear candidate We are looking for a regional manager in Brasil who will be responsible for development of online booking app in Brasil. BASIC SALARY per month: R$ 2500 KPI R$ 3000 (after trial period 3 months) RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct Online and Offline Activities : Organize and execute online and offline events, including live streams and presentations. Participate in Events : Attend industry events as a speaker to promote the company's initiatives and build brand awareness. Establish Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with influencers and key partners, including cosmetic brands and beauty salon suppliers. Audience Research : Conduct audience research to understand market trends and consumer preferences. Connect Key Clients: Facilitate the onboarding of key clients to the system and ensure a smooth transition. Record Training Videos: Create educational videos for clients to enhance their understanding of the products and services offered. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in Portuguese and English. Networking: Strong ability to build relationships with influencers and partners. Project Management: Experience in planning and executing events with strong organizational skills. Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content creation. Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct audience research and analyze market trends. Client-Focused: Strong customer service orientation and experience in client onboarding.
