Regional Procurement Director - Latam F&B Sorocaba

**Your role**
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies, developing new suppliers, leading negotiations and looking for other cost reduction opportunities in our raw material portfolio in LATAM, with strong focus on increasing business competitiveness and better service to our customers.
- Manage supply, cost and compliance risks, like availability, single sources, small volumes, specific certifications (Kosher, Halal), etc.
- Support the Business (Flavorists, BU and Sales) with market trend reports, new supply alternatives, one-off negotiations to increase gross profit, presentations to customers and accurate information of raw material cost on SAP.
- Manage the Purchasing activities related to the Raw Material Harmonization project.
- Build effective teams through hiring and development of direct reports, using performance management techniques including feedback, coaching, mentoring, rewards and recognition when appropriate.
- Identifies and establishes goals and metrics that drive improvement and reflect and enhance Company initiatives and standards. Holds direct reports accountable for performance vs. metrics.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in areas related to the position.
- MBA or post-graduation degree desirable.
- Solid experience in Chamicals ou Food Industry, leading teams in different sites.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- SAP software - PP Module.
