A successful Regional Recruiting Specialist LATAM should have: A comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Graduate and post-graduation diploma or equivalent required.
Must have recruiting experience for senior positions and high volume positions in different cultures inside South or Latin America.
Using AI tolls available and Success Factors system - SAP for HR, recruiting module.
Strong experience full cycle recruiting required, preferred coming from executive searching firms.
Prior experience recruiting for Regional structures is a plus.
Must have excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites required.
