Job Description:The Regional Roll-out Manager is the key interface to customers in a certain region for the deployment of a project, in cooperation with the Project Manager.1 Create, maintain, and control the regional roll-out plan, and ensure the activities meet the customer's requirement (scope, milestones, quality), including site survey, equipment/material dispatching, installation, commissioning, cut-over, acceptance, maintenance, etc.2 Maintain communication with regional customers and report the progress periodically by regular meetings ;3 Liaise with the Project Manager and escalate key issues during deployment;4 Coordinate the resources for deployment, including internal personnel, subcontractors, tools, etc.;5 Monitor, track, and control the quality of deliveries, and solve potential issues;6 Monitor the performance of field teams, including subcontractor teams, and provide feedback to the evaluation result of filed teams to the resource owner and/or outsourcing manager;7 Prepare the as-built documents for equipment and services, and get the acceptance from the customer.Qualification:1 Bachelor's degree and above, major in telecommunication, electronics, or computer science.2 More than three years experience in engineering project deployment and management, experience in telecommunication projects is a must.3 Project experience in wireless networks is preferred.4 General knowledge of telecommunication networks (wireless network, bearer network, fixed network, microwave, etc. ).5 Responsible and proactive, excellent communication skills, and good team player.6 Proficient in English, as a working language;7 Knowledge in project management, holder of PMP certificate would be preferred.8 Accept business trips.
