Meta Small Business Group in Latin America is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to strategize, manage, lead and launch sales activations, projects and initiatives to empower Meta Marketing Pros to provide a best-in-class service to small and medium businesses in our region.This position will be located in our Sao Paulo office.
**Regional Sales Enablement Manager, LATAM Small Business Group Responsibilities**:
- Design, manage, lead and launch Sales Activations, Projects and Initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to build and deliver the best in class solutions for small businesses
- Lead/Partner with cross-functional teams regionally and globally to develop the go-to vendor sales enablement plans in support of regional sales priorities
- Execute, develop and/or optimise global and regional enablement strategies that improve frontline seller readiness and result in high impact and high quality advertiser experiences.
- Evaluate performance data and behavioral trends to drive improvements across the full enablement experience and juggle competing priorities
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 4+ years experience working with sales, digital advertising and program management Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills with prior experience working across regional and global partners.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Strong sales experience/aptitude and leading go-to-market initiatives
- Desirable understanding of Meta products and solutions to small and medium sized businesses
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience
- Experience prioritizing and focusing on driving growth
- Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in close partnership with external partners e.g. Outsourced Vendors, Advertising Agencies etc
- Project Management skills
- BA/BS Degree, or equivalent, in related field
- Spanish desirable
