The need for our Employability solution is in high demand throughout the globe.We're looking for a talented Regional Sales Executive ("RSE") who will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business within an assigned segment of accounts of the territory. The RSE will identify, nurture and close opportunities with both new and existing customers, manage forecasts through the CRM. The RSE will work cooperatively with the regional lead and internal departments to improve the velocity of business and to create solutions that serve the best interests of our customers at Symplicity.Joining our dynamic international sales team offers tremendous growth potential and a chance to contribute to a company committed to transforming higher education.Essential ResponsibilitiesAggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipelineCollaborate with Marketing to set demand generation strategies for distinct productsDrive Pipeline growth through inbound demand as well as outbound prospection and opportunity qualificationBuild strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunitiesOffer a complete solution of software, services, and support to ensure long-term customer successDevelop Businesses remotely and through onsite visits to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectivesCollaborate closely with regional and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfactionOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications7+ years' experience selling enterprise technology in a competitive marketExperience selling into Higher Ed market and Field salesWillingness and ability to travel as required by the businessGoal oriented, with a track record of overachievementDriven – possesses a strong desire to be successfulDisciplined and strategic, with strong time-management skills and a rigorous approach to qualifying opportunitiesAdaptable, with a deep understanding of market nuances and flexibility to meet the needs of various customer segmentsExcellent communication skills in Portuguese (native or near-native proficiency) and fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
