To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team.Your missions:Manage the sales team of your region.Monitor and develop the sales team.Understand all aspects of the client's business, helping them become more competitive.Align business objectives with market opportunities.Guide resource allocation in favor of the business relationship (action plans).Ensure a stable and profitable relationship. Establish strong relationships with decision-makers.Be responsible for the revenue of your region, ensuring compliance with company-established goals while respecting the commercial policy.Analyze, diagnose, and identify opportunities to implement, monitor, and measure action plans to increase market share.Assist in the elaboration of sales forecasts for your region, analyzing results and potential with the national sales manager, and consequently, the client, increasing the company's market share.Adhere to the discount and bonus policies defined and stipulated by the company.Ensure timely receipt of payments and assist in the financial collection process from the client to avoid delays.Participate in fairs and events with your team.Your profile:Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science.Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (pivot table), and PowerPoint).Team management skills.Market positioning and distribution channel knowledge.In-depth knowledge of company products.Negotiation skills.
