ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Flexitank Sales Manager to drive growth and success, remote in Brazil.
This pivotal role involves developing the Flexitank business within the assigned country, meeting budgetary and business goals, and continuing to grow the business in alignment with the strategic plan set by the Global Sales & Marketing Director.
The Flexitank Sales Manager will be responsible for engaging with customers, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and implement strategic programs to penetrate targeted accounts in the assigned country and region.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Flexitank Industry.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends w/competitive activities.
Provide constructive recommendations based on market insights to enhance business strategies.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers within the industry.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Develop, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any payment issues.
Work closely with all departments and network partners in different countries to align efforts and achieve common goals.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure all customer trading terms and agreements are met.
Negotiate customer trading terms with prior agreement from the management team.
Ensure that all customer requests for markdowns, allowances, and promotional spends are within agreed parameters and approved by the finance department.
Maintain inventory levels within budget constraints and ensure the inventory mix aligns with customer requirements.
Monitor and manage inventory to meet business needs and customer demands.
Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from customers.

Profile Requirements

Excellent command of English and Portuguese both in written and oral form.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record in sales within the Flexitank Industry.
In-depth knowledge of Flexitanks and supply chain processes.
Highly developed sales and negotiation abilities.
Strong business acumen with the capability to analyze and capitalize on opportunities.
Excellent communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills.
