Group Treasury is responsible for all funding, foreign exchange and cash management activities of the Group, with a central function located in the UK.
Job Summary: The Regional Treasury Manager - LATAM will play a pivotal role in driving the Treasury activities across the region.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to partner closely with senior stakeholders and have a highly visible remit to ensure cash positions and foreign exchange exposures are well managed.
The Regional Treasury Manager - LATAM is a standalone role and requires a proactive professional with strong communications skills.What will you be doing?Treasury Management: Partner with local businesses in LATAM to understand cash flow forecasts and FX exposures.Funding and Cash Centralisation: Lead funding and cash repatriation initiatives in LATAM considering Emerging Market currency restrictions.Foreign Exchange: Monitor FX exposures across the region to ensure risks are managed effectively.
Intercompany: Monitor intra-group relationships and support monthly netting process.
Banking Relationships: Develop and maintain collaborative local relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.Cash Pooling: Implement efficient regional cash management structures and ensure local cash balances are efficiently invested.Treasury Projects: Lead and provide Treasury expertise to critical business projects.
Compliance: Oversee Treasury control environment and ensure compliance with country specific financial regulations.Coordination: Work closely with UK Treasury colleagues on a day-to-day basis to identify and resolve critical Treasury topics.What will you need to be successful?
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Portuguese (C1)Education: Bachelor's degree required and relevant professional qualifications desirable.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant treasury experience.
