Regulatory Head Brazil

GENERAL OBJECTIVE To lead the Brazilian regulatory area ensuring that all matters in terms of submissions, maintenances and renewals are on time and functioning. General functions:  Lead the Brazilian regulatory and quality departments  To Standardize regulatory and quality processes defining the strategies to reach the markets in a fast way by launching the products. Managing suppliers and required regulatory documentation in Brazil. Responsible for the management obtaining sanitary registrations and brand registrations for the company's products in Brazil. Obtaining and updating information in compliance with legal provisions. Permanent contact with official entities, regulatory authorities and notifying institutions to request registration authorizations, defend the company's projects and keep updated on regulatory developments that may affect the projects' development. To make the business profitable and to target patients with innovative Biological, Biotechnological, Synthetic Products and Therapeutic Devices. Requirements Pharmacy (required) 5 years of experience in regulatory intelligence to identify potential changes, legal and sanitary visits, working with commercial teams to increase pressure for launches in the company and experience leading teams. Regulatory experience with pharma, innovators and niche - Biologics ( required) Oral English required and Spanish desirable
