Job Description:
- Interpret global proposed rules and regulations to formulate the appropriate response to the customer.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures.
- Understand all global product lines and manufacturing processes to make regulatory decisions.
- Keep up to date with changes in global color regulations, including attending trade conferences and seminars.
- Completion of specific customer documents for regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the creation and registration of new products for various global chemical inventories.
- Identification of sales restrictions by market and/or region as dictated by Regulatory statutes.
- Provide product information to internal and external customers with respect to domestic and foreign regulatory requirements in the area of cosmetics and technical color regulations and related laws.
- Respond to written and verbal technical requests and customer inquiries involving requests for general product regulatory information.
- Resolution of customer complaints related to Quality and/or Regulatory issues.
- Analyze customer specifications and determine the company's ability to comply.
Communicate compliance with appropriate parties.
- Facilitate national and international product registrations, regulatory submissions, and reports.
- Review and make necessary revisions to existing product specifications, safety data sheets, and other standard regulatory documents as necessary prior to submission to internal and external customers.
- Independently prepare documentation for new products and current events and trends.
Education:
Graduation in Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar; Post Graduation or MBA desired.
Advanced English for daily use.
Ability to work with international reporting.
Minimum of 5 years in Regulatory.
