Job Description: - Interpret global proposed rules and regulations to formulate the appropriate response to the customer.- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures.- Understand all global product lines and manufacturing processes to make regulatory decisions.- Keep up to date with changes in global color regulations, including attending trade conferences and seminars.- Completion of specific customer documents for regulatory compliance.- Assist in the creation and registration of new products for various global chemical inventories.- Identification of sales restrictions by market and/or region as dictated by Regulatory statutes.- Provide product information to internal and external customers with respect to domestic and foreign regulatory requirements in the area of cosmetics and technical color regulations and related laws.- Respond to written and verbal technical requests and customer inquiries involving requests for general product regulatory information.- Resolution of customer complaints related to Quality and/or Regulatory issues.- Analyze customer specifications and determine the company's ability to comply. Communicate compliance with appropriate parties.- Facilitate national and international product registrations, regulatory submissions, and reports.- Review and make necessary revisions to existing product specifications, safety data sheets, and other standard regulatory documents as necessary prior to submission to internal and external customers.- Independently prepare documentation for new products and current events and trends. Education: Graduation in Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar; Post Graduation or MBA desired.Advanced English for daily use.Ability to work with international reporting.Minimum of 5 years in Regulatory.
