The Nurture Health Group requires a Rehab Case Manager, who will be based at our Nurture iLembe physical rehabilitation facility in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal reporting to the Rehab Centre Manager.Minimum Salary: R20 343.74 Cost to Company.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:Exposure to Physical Rehabilitation Case Management will be advantageous.Knowledge and understanding of all South African funders and medical schemes.Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills.Good knowledge and understanding of clinical coding such as ICD10 coding. Qualification in any coding course will be an advantage.Knowledge of therapeutic and special care patient needs environments.KEY COMPETENCIES:Must be able to work in fast paced environment.Excellent in follow up/follow through.Excellent problem-solving skills.Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.Need to understand the difference between acute and rehabilitation.Attention to detail – must be able to pick up errors in ICD-10 coding/discharge dates.Forward thinking skills.Candidates with previous working experience in a physical-rehabilitation setting will be preferred.If you meet the above criteria and have the relevant experience and attributes, please submit your CV to ****** clearly marked "CM-ILE" with three (3) contactable references.
