As a reliability engineer you are going to be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time, performance KPIs, repair costs and personnel, and premature product/ services failures.
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process. (Job Center deployment).
Coordinating Integrated Solutions Projects incident investigations ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation, execution, is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions.
Focusing on preventing failures during lifecycle management of Integrated Solution projects and Product lines through active monitoring and corrective action planning.
Supporting Job Planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment/Deviation Waiver/ Management of Change (RA/DWR/MOC) and deployment readiness assessment (DRA).
Participating in the engineering planning review process, especially for critical jobs.
Executing the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP)
Managing the FRACAS DMAIC stages
Applying root cause analysis (RCA) processes
Developing and reviewing cause maps
Leading incident investigation
Developing RCA reports and technical field bulletins
Facilitating or leading incident review and corrective action boards
Monitoring Internal and External Key Performance Indicators
Analyzing performance data and monitor/report trends and results
Developing and reporting KPIs as needed
Sharing lessons learned with IS Project team, ensuring they are considered in the planning of new jobs.
Monitoring Integrated Solutions Roles competencies.
Identifying gaps and developing improvement plans.
Handling special projects as required, for example, Coordination of Project Readiness Assessments (PRA) for specific Applications/projects.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience with Integrated Projects.
Demonstrate field experience in activities related to Well Construction and/or Well Completions.
Demonstrate knowledge in database and data statistics (KPI's)
Demonstrate relevant work experience in Well Construction and/or Well Completions.
Demonstrate excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization.
Understanding of the service delivery process and the technical nature of the business.
Advanced English and fluent Portuguese.
Location: Rio de Janeiro
