The Opportunity: Reliability Technician As part of our dedicated Shepparton team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving reliable, top-quality production. Your focus will be on UHT plant Filling & Packing, with responsibilities that include: Routine and preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and optimizing line performance. Coaching production teams on technical operations to enhance overall results. Conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Performing electrical work following all relevant standards (AS/NZS). Your Expertise: Experience with Tetra Pak UHT equipment and 3+ years as a qualified A-class electrician (or equivalent). Proficiency in troubleshooting, PLCs, instrumentation, and CMMS (e.g., MEX). Strong teamwork, independence, and a passion for continuous improvement.
