However, just because it's remote doesn't mean you'll ever be on your own.
Every day, you'll work together with other bookkeepers to help small businesses and grow your own expertise.What equipment do I need for this position?As a QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper, you will receive an Intuit laptop, preloaded with all the tools and systems you need to help customers.
You will also need a dedicated internet connection.Where will I work?This is a remote position where you will work virtually in a dedicated workspace where you can interact with customers on video without interruption.Will training be available?Yes, there will be thorough training on every aspect of the role, including:detailed expectations for the rolethe software you'll use to conduct video calls with customershow to handle everyday situations and moreIt consists of a 2-week, self-led and instructor-led, online training with ongoing check-ins with managers.
There will always be support available for you at any point, whether it's before, during, or after training.What shifts are available?We are looking to cover operating hours from 6AM to 6PM PST, Monday through Friday.
You will have a fixed schedule.
