**Job Title: Remote Executive Assistant **& Customer Service ( **100% Work From Home)**:
**Location**:Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: $1,000 USD/month
- **Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST

**Job Overview**:

- Our client specializes in high-quality, white-glove moving services for homes and businesses. They offer local and long-distance moves, packing, specialty moves, and storage solutions, all with a focus on professionalism and customer care. Our client's mission is to set a new industry standard by delivering a seamless, stress-free moving experience through technology and exceptional service.-
**Responsibilities**:

- Use Google Suite for a variety of administrative tasks.
- Communicate with the founder via Slack
- Manage and coordinate job logistics using CRM, text and other apps.
- Think creatively and independently to maximize the founders time
- Enable the founder's sales tasks by proactively handling administrative tasks.

**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:

- Experience with Slack, CRMs, Google Suite.
- Great communicator
- Independent go getter who completes tasks with limited information.
