Remote Hr Manager

Julia Valler Event Staffing is a high-end event staffing company.
The company was founded in 2013 and is located in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.
We are looking for a Remote HR Manager to join our team.
This position requires managing the staff hiring process in the USA on a day-to-day basis.
We are looking for someone with excellent English, who is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, has great communication skills, and has experience in the hiring process.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Conduct phone and video interviews, manage the onboarding process
- Conduct employee orientation, development, and training for employees
- Guide, direct, and motivate event staff, provide guidance and direction, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
- Update staff profile inside special software
- **Previous HR experience;**:

- **Fluent English (you will be interviewing English speakers) ;**:

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing including phone skills;
- Remote work experience;
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and organized.

- Reliable laptop or computer;
- Professional headphones;
- Quiet working environment during working hours.
Work hours: 40 working hours per week, 9 am - 5:30 pm EST.
Please note, you will be working in the **Eastern Time zone**;

**Salary**: $800 per month + up to $500 commission a month.
Payments are distributed weekly through PayPal.
Pay: R$755.00 - R$1,227.00 per month
