Job Title: Remote Outbound and Inbound Sales Representative (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin AmericaPosition Type: Full-timeSalary: $1,300 USD/month plus $25 bonus per close Job Overview: Our client is looking for someone to make outbound and inbound calls on behalf of the dental practice. The position will listen to the patient's condition and schedule them into the dental practice. Responsibilities Field inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat to schedule patient appointments.Address client questions and concerns and handle objectionsEffectively schedule in patients for dental implant consultations at a high clipEffectively manage phone, email, and/or chat online workflowsFamiliarize yourself with our working script and your assigned locationsBook and manage appointments for our clientsRespond to leads inside of our CRM Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: A high school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in sales is requiredKnowledge of the dental industry is preferred/Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)Prior call agent experience is a plus!Applicants must have strong English reading, writing skills.Very fluent englishPrior phone/chat/email customer support experience is required.Ability to learn new technology & softwares quicklyStrong phone and customer service skillsStrong confidence in handling objectionsKnowledge of Insurance, HIPAA Compliance, and Med/Dental Financing Options a plus!Familiarity and experience with CRM technologies and project management software such as ASANAExhibit a high degree of professionalism and care Schedule:8-4pm Pacific time
