Job TitleRemote Service Engineer
Job DescriptionAre you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service? We're seeking a talented Remote Service Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers.
Your Role: As a Remote Service Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for our customers' technical issues. You'll receive, understand, and resolve customer requests related to product or service malfunctions. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing Advanced Technical Support: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime.Managing Customer Cases: Efficiently handling customer cases, documenting service records, and communicating updates and solutions clearly.Ensuring First-Time Right Resolutions: Collaborating with field engineers to provide accurate diagnostics and ensure that issues are resolved efficiently on the first visit.Escalating Issues: Identifying and escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.Handling Customer Feedback: Addressing customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.Qualifications: Incident resolution and ticket management experience.Experience with HIS and PACS.Technical skills on OS (Windows Server 2008-2019).Basic networking understanding (VLAN, Load Balancer, Switches).Why should you join Philips?
