We are looking for an analytical and data-driven person to join the R&G team and deliver 5-star work, 100% of the time, 'as if by magic' to meet the growth ambitions of the company. You will be serving LATAM based clients and work across brand, comms, and innovation. What will you be doing? Team development and resource management, reviewing and enhancing outputs through the research project process Oversee the use of existing systems used to carry out designated research activities, to ensure all projects are delivered on time to a high standard Be the go-to person for anyone in the R&G team to come to for support in delivering any project end to end. Provide guidance to the Sales Team on the whole proposal identifying areas that might need further consideration, timings, design, question flow & any learnings from previous projects. Be responsible for the preparation and reviewing of various research reports. Providing tips and tricks to improve efficiency in report writing - and show casing best practice in research excellence. Be present at large debriefs to provide support to the research Lead, or if you are the Research Lead, present together with Client Sales. Build strong relationships with clients and spot future opportunities for work through existing project work that can be highlighted to the Client Sales team. You need to be this kind of person: An appreciation for behavioural science, a passionate for market research and an avid interest in the world of advertising Meticulous and process driven with excellent communication skills – Spanish would be an advantage! An accountable person, who can manage complexity Strong stakeholder management Attention to detail while handling high volumes of data, Ability to synthesize information Storytelling and presentation skills You need to have the following: Eight or more years' experience working in the market research industry (Brand, Comms or Innovation experience preferable but non-essential) or Marketing (consuming research data) Brand Tracking expertise (running tracking studies or consuming insights and data for decision marking) is a plus Experience on the client side, preferably in multinational or large companies. Strategic Brand Building thinking and expertise in Marketing Effectiveness are a plus Bachelors degree - areas relevant to our business preferred (marketing, communications, psychology, business or a related field) Fluent in English (both verbal and written) –you'll use it every day! Working closely with colleagues from all over the globe. Fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written) – you'll use to write and present reports to one of our main clients. It will be an advantage if you have lived in Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America, worked on projects for brands in those regions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex data to non-technical audiences. Strong project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines. Experience in the market research industry is advantageous.
