We are looking for an analytical and data-driven person to join the R&G team and deliver 5-star work, 100% of the time, 'as if by magic' to meet the growth ambitions of the company. You will be serving LATAM based clients and work across brand, comms, and innovation. What will you be doing? As a Research Associate, you will be expected to learn and become familiar with all our research tools and systems, performing them to the best of your ability to ensure the highest quality for client deliverables are met. You will support the delivery of research projects on time, to the agreed standard, from questionnaire to analysis. This would involve: Writing questionnaires Liaising with clients and our Sales team for questionnaire approval Liaising with our project management teams and suppliers to ensure the smooth and accurate running of projects Quality control to ensure reports are correct and address the client's questions Contribute to the preparation of various research reports by working with the Project Lead, adding insight and analysis Presenting results or sections of a project, alongside others, back to clients You will also be expected to proactively solicit feedback and identify growth goals to prepare you for the next level You need to be this kind of person: An appreciation for behavioural science, a passionate for market research and an avid interest in the world of advertising Meticulous and process driven Excellent communication skills Organised, proactive with a positive can-do attitude Ability to be a self-starter but also be a team player Ability to demonstrate our values: Customer commitment, Creativity, Collaboration & Determination You need to have the following: Up to two years' experience working in the market research industry (Brand, Comms or Innovation experience preferable but non-essential) Batchelor degree -areas relevant to our business preferred (marketing, communications, psychology, business or a related field) Fluent in English (both verbal and written) –you'll use it every day Working closely with colleagues from all over the globe.
