Activities:
- Develop research projects on CCUS for RHIM raw materials plants.
- Manage research projects to assess refractories recycling processing technologies.
- Coordinate partnerships with start-ups and universities across the globe.
- Identify opportunities for technology developments by RHIM plants and suppliers visits, interdepartmental discussions and literature search.
- Definition and management of scope, tasks and schedule from project portfolio.
- Set-up, management and analysis of lab and field trials.
- Autonomy to make technical decisions and pivot on the project development.
- Develop close collaboration within the R&D team and related departments.

- Workplace: Contagem-MG
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm
- Type of Work: Presencial
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Availability to travel
Required knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in materials, chemical, metallurgy or mining engineering.
- Professional experience in research of sustainable industrial processes.
- Ability to manage projects independently, taking care over an extensive portfolio.
- Fluent English.
- Intercultural work experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge on innovation agile methods is an advantage.
- Experience with CCUS processes is an advantage.
