Oversee the correct design and implementation of advanced research methodologies to continuously monitor and evaluate brand experience and customer experience metrics, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of market dynamics. ? Lead collaborations with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define high-level research objectives, gather detailed requirements, and design research studies that provide deep, actionable insights. ? Oversee and manage complex, high-impact market research projects utilising a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques such as large-scale surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and sophisticated data analysis. ? Maintain Direct relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of research activities, and manage research projects from inception to completion with a focus on quality and accuracy. ? Analyse and interpret complex research data, transforming it into strategic insights and clear, actionable reports and presentations for executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making. ? Utilise advanced statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and insights from extensive and diverse datasets, driving strategic initiatives. ? Maintain expertise in industry trends, best practices, and advancements in market research methodologies, integrating relevant techniques to continuously improve research processes. ? Lead and mentor a team of market researchers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the research function. Lead large research projects requiring two or more research team members. ? Lead multidisciplinary project teams to close business gaps requiring triangulation of data or interdisciplinary expertise, ensuring comprehensive and innovative solutions. ? Serve as a thought leader in the field of market research, contributing insights and perspectives to industry discourse, and staying at the cutting edge of research advancements and trends. Requirements: ? Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also considered. ? Demonstrated experience as a Research Manager or Market Research Lead, preferably in a consumer-focused industry with a substantial focus on strategic insights. ? Mastery of market research methodologies, including sophisticated quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques, advanced survey design, complex statistical analysis, and high-level data visualisation. ? Advanced proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for complex data collection, manipulation, and in-depth analysis. ? Expertise in using high-level market research tools (such as Qualtrics), software, and data analysis platforms, ensuring robust and accurate data handling. ? Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic perspective and keen attention to detail. Demonstrates the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. ? Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex research findings and strategic insights to senior management and executive teams effectively. ?
