About the Position:As the Research Team Lead at Toluna/MetrixLab, you will independently manage all aspects of research studies and lead project teams. You will demonstrate internally as well as externally your ability to add value as a consultant to clients and advise them on the right research approach for their business questions.

Passion for Research Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for market research, cultivating a naturally curious and provocative mindset to explore innovative insights and methodologies.Research Expertise Demonstrate a robust background in market research, particularly within research agencies, managing various clients and employing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.Showcase a proven track record of independently overseeing all aspect of a research project.Exhibit a skill set that includes transforming research findings into compelling stories, making data insights accessible and truly engaging.Team Management Lead and inspire a team of professionals through all stages of the research projects, providing mentorship, guidance and actively contributing to their skills development.Effectively manage team's priorities, balancing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality, adapting to evolving project requirements.Enforce high standards for the quality of the work, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering impactful projects.Client interaction Take charge of client interactions throughout the entire research process, collaborating closely with the client experience and sales teams.Actively build and nurture relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of accounts.Oversee the seamless integration of vendors into different stages of the research projects, aligning their contributions with the project's objectives and Toluna/Metrixlab's quality standards.Uphold Toluna/Metrixlab's values, fostering an atmosphere of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration.Lead by example, demonstrating and encouraging a positive work ethic that contributes to a collaborative and enjoyable work environment for colleagues.Required Skill SetA minimum of 6 years of proven experience in market research with a track record of executing and managing projects within research agencies.Solid experience with different types of research methodologies, quantitative and qualitative.Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling, with a strong command of technical knowledge and statistical tools.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, ensuring the ability to analyze and present data efficiently.Experience in team management.Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills and desirable Spanish proficiency.Download MetrixLab's Recruitment Privacy Notice here.
