Job Description Lead the reservation team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Manage all aspects of the reservation process, including phone, internet, and email bookings.Implement and maintain policies to optimize room sales and occupancy rates.Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and streamline operations.Monitor reservation trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.Handle complex inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in reservations management.Strong leadership and customer service skills with the ability to motivate a team.Advanced proficiency in reservation software and analytical problem-solving abilities.Exceptional organizational and communication skills in English.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.Knowledge of revenue management and industry best practices a plus.
